Between what the system says and what really happened.
I'm Martin Bartovsky - an independent ERP and BI consultant based near Paris. I work for companies that make, stock and sell goods - manufacturers, retailers, e-shops. In ERP and BI projects I connect the two sides: I translate what the business needs into something a supplier can build, review offers and solutions, make sure the go-live doesn't forget anything - and ask the awkward questions of both. Companies hire me directly; suppliers and agencies bring me in when a project needs someone who speaks both languages. I work for whoever hires me - and tell them the truth, also when it's not what they want to hear. Sometimes that means telling a client that a request will cost a lot and change little.
That means I know what happens between the warehouse and the board report: stock that exists only in the system, margins nobody trusts, dashboards built on dimensions that were wrong from day one.
I read SAP, SQL Server and Oracle the way others read spreadsheets, build reporting in Power BI and Fabric, and put AI on top of it where it saves real hours.
But on messy data, dashboards show the wrong numbers and AI just gets them wrong faster - so I fix how data gets captured first.

Where do your numbers stop adding up?
Start with a short call. Bring one report nobody trusts - I'll trace it back to where the data gets captured.
